When I stayed with my familly, I was really dissapointed because of the couplpe reasons. One of the reasons is there no comunication about big construction is going on in the hotel, second I was really disapointed that there was a charge for the garage use. I also had a plans to use a pool but due to the constuction I was not able to do so because it was in diferent hotel and i really did not wanted to leave and go somewhere alse, specially at night with my young doughter. Last but not least front desk workers were not showing profesiolism in their work area as they should. I hope these concerns and review will help to better serve your other customers and guest prior, during and after they stay.
